Engineering-Ingegneria Informatica SpA, a leading Italian IT System Integrator, and ScientiaMobile, Inc., a US company offering the popular open-source WURFL framework commercially, have today announced an agreement between the two organizations. According to the agreement, Engineering will become a commercial adopter of ScientiaMobile’s device detection products and services, and deploy newer fully-licensed versions of WURFL software and repository on its systems and on the systems of its customers that adopt WURFL.
