1. What Information We Collect
   Through your use of the Apps we may collect “Non-personal Information” which is information that does not directly identify you, including information about your computer and mobile device, such as the User-Agent string used by your device or browser for HTTP requests, your unique device ID (IMEI, IMSI and similar), Internet Protocol (IP) address, codes that may identify the network operator or ISP, certain properties of the browser or other persistent properties related to your device hardware/software/firmware. Non-personal Information may also includes “Usage Data,” which is anonymous data tied to your computer and/or device, such as the actions you take within the Apps, the date and time of your use of the Apps, your game progress, play time, score and achievements.

   When you download and use our Apps, we don’t require you to provide any personal information. We will not attempt to collect personally identifying information nor we will try to contact you.

Non-personal Information may be used by us for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, security and other purposes. Specifically, we may use your Non-personal Information to:

● Improve the quality of apps, services and products provided by ScientiaMobile
● Track your use of our App to help us learn more about your gaming activities to enhance your gaming experience.
● Compile statistics.

You understand and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose any information we may have about you if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect our rights and property, or that of our affiliates or the public. ScientiaMobile is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that ScientiaMobile receives.

The Apps may use cookies for authentication, to improve the quality of the Apps, and make the Apps easier to use for our users.
